"What qualifications do I need to get accepted on a course?"

The qualifications you need to get accepted on a course depends on your age and experience. You can be accepted to study on a foundation degree course by being in work, by having completed an apprenticeship or advanced apprenticeship, having an NVQ at level 3, A levels, GCSEs, professional qualifications (e.g. AAT, ILEX), an Access to Higher Education course, or through voluntary or community activity.

Generally, mature applicants with relevant experience need fewer academic qualifications, but you may be asked for evidence of being able to study at university level.

When you know what you want to study, contact the admissions tutor and ask them whether you need to do any additional study before applying for a place on the course.

We're constantly adding to facility as we find out what sort of questions people are asking. If we don't have an answer to your question this time round, it'll be automatically added to our database so that we can deal with it in future.
